Mango Smoothie with Coconut Water

Ingredients for 2 glasses:

3 Mangoes

1 Pear

1 small bunch flatleaf parsley

300 milliliter coconut water

Preparation:

  • First peel the mangoes and roughly chop the flesh
  • Wash, core and quarter the pear
  • After that, wash the parsley
  • Now put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and season to taste
