Mango papaya Smoothie with pomegranate
Ingredients for 2 glasses:
1 medium piece of papaya
3 mangos
5 Teaspoon pomegranate seeds
300 ml coconut water
Preparation:
• Peel, core and dice the papaya
• Now peel the mangoes and roughly chop the flesh
• Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, blend finely and enjoy immediately
