Mango coconut Smoothie

Ingredients for 2-4 glasses:

3 Mangoes
1 handful baby spinach
2 Teaspoon coconut oil
300 milliliter cold water

Preparation:

• First wash the spinach
• Then peel the mangoes and roughly chop the flesh
• Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender and blend until smooth
• Finish by pouring into glasses and serve
