Mango banana Smoothie with raspberry jam
Ingredients for 2 glasses:
2 Mangos
1 Banana
1 apple
2 Teaspoon raspberry jam
300 milliliter cold water
Preparation:
· First peel the mangoes and remove the flesh from the core
· Now wash, core and quarter the apple
· Then peel the bananas and cut them in half
· Now put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and enjoy immediately
