Mango apple Smoothie with ginger

Ingredients for 2 glasses:

2 ripe mangoes
1 small piece of ginger
2 red apples
300 milliliter cold water 

Preparation:

• First peel the mangoes and cut the flesh into cubes
• Wash, core and quarter the apples
• Then peel the ginger and cut it in half
• Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, blend finely and enjoy immediately
