Rocket Smoothie with iceberg lettuce

Sastāvdaļas 2 glāzēm:

1 sauja raķešu
1 handful iceberg lettuce
1 handful raspberries
1 banāns
300 ml auksta ūdens 

Sagatavošana:

• First, wash and clean the rocket and iceberg lettuce
• Sort and wash the raspberries
• Then peel the bananas and break them into pieces
• Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and enjoy immediately
