Muesli almond Smoothie with berries

Sastāvdaļas 2 glāzēm:

7 Teaspoon oat flakes
10 Teaspoon natural yoghurt
150 gram blueberries
100 gramu kazenes
2 ripe bananas
200 milliliter whole milk
100 milliliter almond milk
1 tējkarote medus 

Sagatavošana:

- Vispirms nomizojiet banānus un sagrieziet tos gabaliņos.
• Sort and wash the blueberries and blackberries
• Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and enjoy immediately
