Date Almond Milk Smoothie with Yoghurt and blueberries

Sastāvdaļas 2 glāzēm:

5 Dates
1 banāns
1 handful blueberries
10 ēdamkarotes dabīgā jogurta
300 mililitri mandeļu piena

Sagatavošana:

  • First, pit the dates
  • Peel the banana and cut it in half
  • Sort and wash the blueberries
  • Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and enjoy immediately
