Mango Smoothie with oat milk
Sastāvdaļas 2 glāzēm:
2 mango
1 banāns
5 tējkarotes dabīgā jogurta
300 ml oat milk
Sagatavošana:
· First peel the mangoes and remove the flesh from the core
· Then peel the bananas and cut them in half
· Now put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and enjoy immediately
