Nectarine spinach Smoothie

Sastāvdaļas 2-4 glāzēm:

3 nektarīni

1 sauja bērnu spinātu

300 mililitri auksta ūdens

· First wash, core and dice the nectarines

· Wash and clean the baby spinach

· Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree and enjoy immediately
