Nectarine spinach Smoothie

Ingredientai 2-4 stiklinėms:

3 nektarinai

1 sauja mažųjų špinatų

300 mililitrų šalto vandens 

Paruošimas:

· First wash, core and dice the nectarines

· Wash and clean the baby spinach

· Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree and enjoy immediately
