Arugulagrape Smoothie with green apple

Ingredientai 2 stiklinėms:

1 sauja raketų
1 handful of light grapes
1 žalias obuolys
300 ml pieno 

Paruošimas:

• First wash the grapes
• Wash and clean the rocket
• Then wash, core and quarter the apple
• Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree and enjoy immediately
