Breakfast Smoothie with Apple and Cinnamon

Ingredientai 2 stiklinėms:

2 raudoni obuoliai

8 Teaspoon natural yoghurt

1 Teaspoon cinnamon

300 mililitrų pieno 

Paruošimas:

· First wash, core and quarter the apples

· Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, blend finely and enjoy immediately
