Breakfast Smoothie with apple and sultanas

Ingredientai 2 stiklinėms:

2 bananai

2 raudoni obuoliai

12 Teaspoon natural yoghurt

300 mililitrų pieno

2 Tablespoons sultanas

Paruošimas:

  • First peel the bananas and break them into pieces
  • Now wash, core and quarter the apples
  • Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, blend finely and enjoy immediately
