Lime Apple Smoothie with Fresh Mint

Ingredients for 2 glasses:

Juice from 5 limes
2 Pears
2 red apples
1 handful fresh mint
300 milliliter cold water 

Preparation:

• First wash, core and quarter the apples and pears
• Then wash the mint
• Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, blend finely and enjoy immediately
