Lamb’s lettuce mango Smoothie with coconut water

Ingredients for 2 glasses:

1 handful lamb’s lettuce
1 handful baby spinach
2 Mangos
300 ml coconut water

Preparation:

  • First wash and clean the lamb’s lettuce and spinach
  • Peel the mangoes and roughly chop the flesh
  • Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, blend finely and enjoy immediately
