Lamb’s lettuce mango Smoothie

Ingredients for 2 glasses:

1 handful lamb’s lettuce

3 Mangoes

1 Banana

300 ml cold water 

Preparation:

· First wash and clean the lamb’s lettuce

· Peel the mangoes and roughly chop the flesh

· Now peel the banana and cut it in half

· Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, blend finely and enjoy immediately
