Kiwi oat Smoothie with coconut water

Ingredients for 2 glasses:

1 Pear

2 Kiwis

5 Tablespoons oat flakes

300 ml coconut water

Preparation:

  • First wash, core and dice the pear
  • Peel and quarter the kiwis
  • Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and enjoy immediately
