Kale and Pineapple Smoothie with Chia Seeds

Ingredients for 2 glasses:

5 Kale leaves
1 small piece of pineapple
2 Teaspoon chia seeds
2 Avocados
300 milliliter cold water 

Preparation:

• First wash and thoroughly clean the kale
• Pit the avocados and roughly chop the flesh
• Now peel the pineapple and cut into pieces
• Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree and enjoy
