Persimmon Smoothie with yoghurt
グラス2個分の材料
2 Persimmon fruits
1 バナナ
10 ナチュラルヨーグルト 小さじ
300ミリリットルの水
準備
· Wash the persimmons and cut them into pieces
· Then peel the banana and cut it in half
· Finish by putting all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree and enjoy
