Strawberry yoghurt Smoothie with pear

Ingredienti per 2 bicchieri:

1 manciata di fragole fresche

10 Teaspoon natural yoghurt

1 banana

1 Pera

300 millilitri di latte intero 

Preparazione:

· First wash the strawberries, remove the stalk and halve them

· Peel the bananas and cut them in half

· Now wash, core and quarter the pear

· Now put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and enjoy immediately
