Strawberry yoghurt Smoothie with almond milk

Ingredienti per 2 bicchieri:

1 tazza di fragole congelate

3 Tablespoons natural yoghurt

1 handful fresh blueberries

300 millilitri di latte di mandorla 

Preparazione:

· First, sort and wash the blueberries

· Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree and enjoy
