Soymilk Spinach Smoothie

Ingredienti per 2 bicchieri:

1 banana

1 manciata di spinaci baby

200 milliliter soy milk 

Preparazione:

· First peel the banana and cut it in half

· Wash and clean the baby spinach

· Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and enjoy immediately
