Rice Banana Smoothie with Chia Seeds
Ingredienti per 2 bicchieri:
3 banane
1 Teaspoon oat flakes
5 cucchiaini di yogurt naturale
300 ml rice milk
1 Teaspoon chia seeds
Preparazione:
· First peel the bananas and break them into thick pieces
