Pear avocado Smoothie with coconut milk

Ingredienti per 2 bicchieri:

2 pere

1 banana

1 avocado

150 ml coconut milk

150 ml coconut water 

Preparazione:

· First wash and core the pears and cut them into pieces

· Peel the banana and cut it in half

· Now pit the avocado and dice the flesh

- Mettere tutti gli ingredienti in un frullatore, frullare finemente e gustare immediatamente.
