Pear almond Smoothie with apricots

Ingredienti per 2 bicchieri:

1 banana

1 handful almonds

3 Albicocche

5 cucchiaini di yogurt naturale

300 ml di acqua fredda 

Preparazione:

· First peel the banana and break it into thick pieces

· Coarsely chop the almonds

· Then wash and pit the apricots

· Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and enjoy immediately
