Mango kiwi Smoothie with coconut water and chia seeds

Ingredienti per 2 bicchieri:

2 Manghi
1 banana
1 Pera
2 Teaspoon chia seeds
300 ml di acqua di cocco

Preparazione:

  • Sbucciare il mango e tagliare grossolanamente la polpa.
