Berry lamb’s lettuce Smoothie with chia seeds
Ingredienti per 2 bicchieri:
1 cup frozen berries
1 manciata di lattuga d'agnello
5 Tablespoons chia seeds
300 ml di acqua
Preparazione:
- First wash and clean the lamb’s lettuce
- Finish by putting all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and enjoy immediately
