Banana Smoothie with nuts
Ingredienti per 2 bicchieri:
1 banana
3 Tablespoon oat flakes
1 handful almonds
1 handful macadamia nuts
300 ml almond milk
Preparazione:
- Sbucciare la banana e tagliarla a pezzi.
