Banana Pear Smoothie with Nuts and Yoghurt
Ingredienti per 2 bicchieri:
1 banana
2 pere
1 handful almonds
1 handful cashew nuts
5 Tablespoons natural yoghurt
300 ml di latte
Preparazione:
- Sbucciare la banana e tagliarla a pezzi.
