Frullato di banana e avocado

Ingredienti per 2-4 persone:

2 Banane
1 avocado
300 millilitri di acqua fredda 

Preparazione:

• First, peel the bananas and cut them into pieces
• Pit the avocado and roughly chop the flesh
• Put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender and puree until creamy
• Finally, pour into glasses and serve
