Coconut Blackberry Smoothie with Cinnamon
Ingredienti per 2 bicchieri:
1 manciata di more fresche
2 pere
200 ml coconut milk
100 ml milk
1 cucchiaino di cannella
Preparazione:
· First, sort out and wash the blackberries
· Wash, core and quarter the pears
· Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree and enjoy immediately
