Apple Smoothie with rice milk

Ingredienti per 2 bicchieri:

2 Apples

1 banana

300 millilitri di latte di riso 

Preparazione:

· First peel the bananas and break them into thick pieces

· Now wash the apples, core them and cut them into pieces

· Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and enjoy immediately
