Mango Smoothie with coconut water

Ingredienti per 2 bicchieri:

2 Manghi

1 Pera

300 ml di acqua di cocco 

Preparazione:

· First peel the mangoes, remove the flesh from the core and roughly chop

· Wash, core and quarter the pear

· Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree and enjoy immediately
