Banana al lampone Frullato di mandorle

Ingredienti per 2 bicchieri:

1 banana

1 manciata di more

1 handful almonds

300 millilitri di latte 

Preparazione:

· First peel the banana and break it into thick pieces

· Sort and wash the blackberries

· Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and enjoy immediately
