Kiwi Smoothie with almond milk and arugula

Ingredienti per 2 bicchieri:

2 pere

2 Kiwi

1 manciata di rucola

300 ml almond milk

1 Teaspoon agave syrup 

Preparazione:

· First wash and core the pears

- Sbucciare e dividere in quarti i kiwi

· Wash and clean the rocket

· Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree and enjoy immediately
