Pear Smoothie melon with mint
Ingredienti per 2 bicchieri:
2 pere
1 large piece of honeydew melon
1 manciata di menta fresca
300 millilitri di acqua fredda
Preparazione:
· First wash, core and quarter the pears
· Then peel and core the melon and cut into cubes
· Then wash the mint
· Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree and enjoy immediately
