Persimmon Smoothie with yoghurt
Ingredienti per 2 bicchieri:
2 Persimmon fruits
1 banana
10 Teaspoon natural yoghurt
300 millilitri di acqua
Preparazione:
· Wash the persimmons and cut them into pieces
· Then peel the banana and cut it in half
- Terminate mettendo tutti gli ingredienti in un frullatore, riducete in purea e gustate.
