Orange Smoothie with parsley

Ingredienti per 2 bicchieri:

4 oranges
1 Pera
1 small bunch flatleaf parsley
300 ml di acqua fredda

Preparazione:

  • First peel the oranges and roughly chop them
  • Wash the parsley
  • Then wash, core and quarter the pear
  • Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, blend finely and enjoy immediately
