Pear Smoothie with dates

Ingredienti per 2 bicchieri:

2 mele rosse
3 dates
300 ml cow’s milk 

Preparazione:

- Lavare, togliere il torsolo e tagliare in quarti le mele
• Then core the dates and roughly chop them
• Now put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and enjoy
