Avocado yoghurt Smoothie with mangos

Ingredienti per 4 bicchieri:

2 Manghi
2 Avocado
10 cucchiai di yogurt naturale
200 millilitri di latte di cocco 

Preparazione:

• First peel the mangoes and remove the flesh from the core
• Pit the avocados and roughly chop the flesh
• Then put all the ingredients in the blender, puree and enjoy immediately
