Raspberry yoghurt Smoothie
Ingredienti per 2 bicchieri:
150 gram raspberries
1 mela rossa
5 Tablespoons natural yoghurt
300 millilitri di latte
Preparazione:
• First sort and wash the raspberries
• Wash, core and quarter the apple
- Poi mettere tutti gli ingredienti in un frullatore per frullati e frullare
• Finish by pouring the Smoothie into the glasses and serve
