Frullato di mango e mela

Ingredienti per 2 bicchieri:

2 Manghi
2 Apples
300 millilitri di acqua 

Preparazione:

• First peel the mangoes and remove the flesh from the core
• Now wash the apples, core them and cut them into pieces
• Now put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender and puree
• Finish by pouring the Smoothie into the glasses and serve
