Good mood breakfast Smoothie with blueberries

Ingredients for 4 glasses:

2 bananas
1 handful blueberries
7 Teaspoon natural yoghurt
300 milliliter whole milk

Preparation:

  • First, peel the bananas and break them into pieces
  • Sort and wash the blueberries
  • Put all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and enjoy immediately
  • Finally, pour the Smoothie into the glasses and serve
