Tangerine Smoothie with parsley
Ingrédients pour 2 verres :
2 poires
1 small tin of mandarins
1 small bunch flatleaf parsley
300 ml water
Préparation :
· First wash, core and quarter the pears
· Remove the mandarins from the can, collecting the fruit water
· Then wash the parsley
· Now put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and enjoy immediately
