Pear persimmon Smoothie with mint
Ingrédients pour 2 verres :
2 poires
2 kakis
1 handful fresh mint
300 millilitres d'eau froide
Préparation :
· First peel the persimmons and cut them into pieces
· Wash, core and dice the pears
· After that, wash the mint
· Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree and enjoy immediately
