Nectarine spinach Smoothie

Ingrédients pour 2-4 verres :

3 Nectarines

1 handful baby spinach

300 millilitres d'eau froide 

Préparation :

· First wash, core and dice the nectarines

· Wash and clean the baby spinach

- Placez tous les ingrédients dans un mixeur à smoothie, réduisez en purée et dégustez immédiatement.
