Muesli almond Smoothie with berries
Ingrédients pour 2 verres :
7 Teaspoon oat flakes
10 Teaspoon natural yoghurt
150 gram blueberries
100 grammes de mûres
2 ripe bananas
200 milliliter whole milk
100 milliliter almond milk
1 Teaspoon honey
Préparation :
- Pe pe pelez d'abord les bananes et coupez-les en petits morceaux.
• Sort and wash the blueberries and blackberries
• Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and enjoy immediately
