Mango Smoothie with parsley
Ingrédients pour 2 verres :
3 mangues
1 banane
1 small bunch flatleaf parsley
300 millilitres d'eau
Préparation :
· First peel the mangoes and roughly chop the flesh
· Now peel the banana and cut it in half
· After that, wash the parsley
· Now put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and season to taste
