Ginger coconut Smoothie with parsley
Ingrédients pour 2 verres :
1 piece ginger
1 handful rocket
1 small bunch flatleaf parsley
1 handful fresh mint
300 ml coconut water
Préparation :
• Peel the ginger and cut in half
• Wash the parsley and mint
• Then wash and clean the rocket
• Then blend all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender and enjoy
